BUILDING PERMITS: Please use the above-link for a copy of the City of Harrison Building Permit Checklist and Application. Building permits are generally required for new construction, additions, repair, renovation, alteration, moving, demolition, occupancy and change of occupancy of every building or structure, in-ground and above-ground swimming pools, retaining walls over four feet in height, and fences over six feet in height. After a building permit application has been submitted to City Hall it will be reviewed by our Building Official Brad Ziel and he will accept or deny the application.
Business License, Peddlers License, Alcohol License, Dog License, Alcohol Beverage Catering Permit, Site Disturbance and Excavation Permit, Sidewalk Permit and Fireworks Permits can all be obtained by emailing a request to the City Clerk (CityClerk@CityofHarrison.org) at City Hall to obtain the correct form.
All Business License and Alcohol License applications will need to be reviewed by The Mayor and/or City Council before approval.
